Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Cancellations

Zalweigh E-books processes all e-book orders immediately after payment to ensure prompt delivery, which means cancellation requests can only be considered if submitted before the order has been completed and the download link or access has been issued.

Non-Returnable Products

All e-books sold on Zalweigh E-books are digital products and are therefore non-returnable once access has been granted, as the content cannot be physically retrieved after delivery.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are only considered in cases where a customer is charged successfully but does not receive access to the purchased e-book due to a verified technical issue on the platform.

Duplicate Transactions

If a customer is charged more than once for the same e-book due to a payment error, Zalweigh E-books will review the transaction and process a refund for the duplicate payment after confirmation.

Request Process

All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted via gopage@zalweigh.com with proof of payment and relevant order details for review.
